Great practice.i dont know about all these negative reviews but dr strassberg is the most amazing,friendly and very professional young doctor i have ever encountered.he made my daughter's bilateral osteotomy seem like a walk through the park.good bedside manners,great staff always willong to assist you on the phone,quick schediling and rescheduling of appointment.i think some of the reviewers lack patience,or just have a different experience than mine.i do not discredit what they are saying,and i hope their future appointments,all goes well!!!
They were kind, caring and professional. We were seen very quickly and they handled a very scared 3 year old with a broken foot beautifully. Now every time she has a boo boo, she wants to go there!!
when you make your appt. dont worry if your late because you will wait 2 hrs anyway makes you wonder how many other people have the same appointment time. my child had her mri done on monday last night wed. we went to our primary dr. who had the results. so i called this office 3 times today only to be sent to voicemails that basically say we are busy today so we will call you back tomorrow. hey whats the rush my kid has only been walking around in pain for a couple of weeks whats a few more days right? ohhh and her dr. note runs out tomorrow which is friday. hmmmm how are we going to fix this one...this place is terrible.
I am absolutely BAFFLED by all of these terrible reviews. I have been coming here since my son was 4 days old due to clubfoot and Dr. Tamir Bloom has done wonders for my little boy. He's 7 weeks now and we are finally moving on to the next phase of his recovery. Is there a wait time in the office?
To the people that have terrible reviews because of wait time, office staff, and the enviorment, you are not the only family with a child that needs to be helped and some injuries are more servere than others and take longer to be tended to. The office staff is answering phones all day long and processing your referrals so the doctors can have all the information they need to treat accordingly, and as for the environment, I'll say it again; they are remodeling to accommodate you!
Sometimes. The appointments are scheduled and every once in a while things happen. Last week our appointment was scheduled for 11:45AM and we didn't get seen until 1PM; a young girl had a bad elbow break that needed to be tended to and was taking longer than they had thought it would. EMERGENCIES HAPPEN. I would recommend AdvoCare to anybody that needed an orthopedic specialist. The nurses are wonderful and the front desk has never been anything but polite to my son, my family and I. I couldn't say one bad thing about this place even if I was being forced to. They're remodeling their whole office so it's a little bit of a mess but that is to be expected; they are remodeling to accommodate their patients! It's a busy practice because they are so good.
