Very friendly and courteous staff. No pushing around for extras. The service associates are well informed and always keep you updated with the progress. Getting a loaner for even a oil change is never an issue. If you are running late for the service appointment, it is never an issue. Wait area has ample space. Hot beverages, water bottles, snacks and message chairs are available in the waiting area.
Easy experience. Relaxed atmosphere. Very helpful sales and management. Could have done without the obligatory sales pitch on the warranty but just a speed bump in what was a surprisingly enjoyable experience for someone who does not like to buy cars. Well done.
